Our project is a mobile app that enables property owners to create 3D scans for virtual tours, addressing the limitations of traditional listing photos. While agents invest heavily in professional photography, these images often fail to capture a property's true scale and layout. Many listings rely on photos that don’t fully capture the scale or layout of a property, and professional third-party services can be expensive. Agents often spend hundreds of dollars on photography, taking multiple shots and selecting the best ones to represent the space. However, these images often fail to give a complete and accurate view of the property, leaving potential buyers or renters with an unclear sense of the space.
