I discovered my love for design during my time at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in the Baking and Pastry Arts program. It was there that I honed my eye for detail, but the classes that truly sparked my passion were Fine Plating and Wedding Cakes.

I’ve always enjoyed the creativity involved in plating desserts and felt the butterflies when it came to cake decorating. At one point, I even considered becoming a cake decorator.
